REUBEN POWER and BAM NUTTALL PARTNERSHIP

Reuben Power announced today the signing of an exclusive agreement with civil
engineering professionals BAM Nuttall, part of Royal BAM Group, for the installation
of the 1 million electric vehicle (EV) charging points that it targets to deploy throughout
the UK. With a directly employed work force of 3,100 based across its national network
of offices, BAM Nuttall brings the guarantee of the highest professional standards of
installation to Reuben Power’s commitment to making the EV a mainstream alternative.

Based on the agreement, the successful delivery of the targeted roll out of one million
charging points could lead to a total installation cost in the region of £2billion.

Reuben Power is licensed to supply electricity in the UK and the BAM Nuttall agreement provides the final link required for its full end-to-end solution as an all in one operator
