It works by using proven technology to design and build, install, operate and maintain
charging points and to supply electricity - a key point of the business model.

 

Reuben Power is one of only a small number of licensed electricity suppliers in the UK,
allowing us arrange connections to the existing electricity supply grid and deliver electricity
directly to our charging points. The local network operators are happy to work with us to
provide this access as a licensed supplier.

 

Our solution optimises the investment cost and the efficient delivery of electricity by
creating the concept of a charging zone – multiple charging points at each grid connection.

Our charging point is a robust and attractive piece of design with inbuilt features that give
the host great flexibility to communicate with their users and visitors. It comprises 'in-situ
metering' and communication systems to enable us to verify and interface with the user
while they are charging.

 

The user interface is run from our 24/7 office, and through a membership scheme, we are
able to manage each user's account, billing and payment requirements, and sort out any
problems.

 

In short the network is a fully managed service that takes all the hassle out of providing
the charging The points are easily recognisable and well promoted, and as density
increases, EV drivers will take a great deal of comfort from the availability and convenience
of our charging network.
